Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to all agreements between Epimonos and its customers. By using Epimonos Workspace you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
- Epimonos: the sole trader Epimonos, registered at [ADDRESS], Chamber of Commerce number [REGISTRATION NUMBER].
- Customer: the natural person or legal entity subscribing to Workspace.
- Workspace: the managed private AI workspace delivered by Epimonos on a dedicated server.
- Service: all products and services provided by Epimonos, including Workspace and associated support.
2. Service delivery
Epimonos provides the customer with a managed private AI workspace on a dedicated server hosted in the European Union. The service includes:
- Server provisioning and configuration
- Installation of Workspace software (including Open WebUI and local AI models)
- Technical management, security updates and backups
- Access via a personal, secured URL
Epimonos aims for 99% monthly availability but does not guarantee this in the current phase.
3. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed on the website (excl. applicable local tax). Payment is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the customer.
In the event of non-payment, Epimonos reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to Workspace.
4. Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, effective from the next billing period. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled before the end of the subscription period; amounts already paid are non-refundable, unless the service is terminated by Epimonos.
5. Export right
Still within the first 12 months of your subscription? An export of your complete Workspace environment remains possible, provided your obligations for that first 12-month period have been settled (for example through the upfront payment on an annual plan). After the first 12 months, a 1-month notice period applies, and you can request an export at any time.
Epimonos delivers the export package within 7 days of a written request to support@epimonos.com. In time, this will also be available as a self-service option directly from the control panel.
6. Liability
Epimonos is not liable for indirect damages, consequential loss or loss of profits. Epimonos' total liability is limited to the amount the customer has paid in the preceding three months.
Epimonos is not liable for damages resulting from the use of AI-generated output. The customer is responsible for reviewing and verifying output before use.
7. Confidentiality and data processing
Epimonos treats all customer data confidentially. The server on which Workspace runs is exclusively assigned to the customer — Epimonos has no access to the content of conversations, documents or files, unless the customer explicitly requests it (e.g. for technical support).

8. Changes to the service and terms
Epimonos reserves the right to modify the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. If the customer objects, they may cancel their subscription effective from the date of change.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement. If not, the competent court in the district of [COURT DISTRICT] has exclusive jurisdiction.
